Returns Policy

“We want every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase from Pavers.”

If you are unhappy with your purchase, for any reason, you can return it to us within 14 days of the date you bought it, with proof of purchase and, as long as it is unused, we will be happy to offer a full refund or an exchange.

If the goods are faulty, not as described, not of satisfactory quality or fit for the purpose for which they were sold, and are returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase we will give a full refund or exchange.

We are sorry but Pavers Outlets can only accept returns bought from a Pavers Outlet store, and Pavers Full Price can only accept retuns bought from a Pavers Full Price store.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Note: Certain concession branches can only process returns if the goods were bought from the same store.
