For 99p/item, you can pre-pay your UK returns label. Simply use the returns label in your parcel at no further expense. Otherwise, you can still use the label for £2.50.
The Royal Mail have now made posting your parcel easier, with the help of their Home Collection Service, you can now return your order from the comfort of your own home.
Simply use the returns address sticker provided with your order and book a collection suitable for you by visiting the Royal Mail website.

The shoes arrived when expected and my husband found them comfortable, the only thing was when he was tying the laces one lace snapped in half.
Really happy with deck shoes - my husband is picky and he loves them!
When the shoes arrived I inspected them and noted that the stitching on the heels was defective and the leather had not been neatly cut.
Although the purchase was a sale item I felt that the shoes were seconds and not a genuine sale item.
I have purchased Paver shoes in the past and always found them to be good.
I purchased another pair of shoes from a different manufacturer for the same price and they were perfect.
Shoes returned to Paver's but no apology received from Customer Care Services.
I expected better.
Will not consider Paver's for future purchases.
