For 99p/item, you can pre-pay your UK returns label. Simply use the returns label in your parcel at no further expense. Otherwise, you can still use the label for £2.50.
The Royal Mail have now made posting your parcel easier, with the help of their Home Collection Service, you can now return your order from the comfort of your own home.

Shoes are comfortable as required. Staff in Livingston shop were excellent. Livingston Mall was not. Will not be ordering from Pavers again if it involves going there.
The shoes purchased online from Pavers arrived fairly promptly and I collected them from our local Pavers store in Livingston. The staff were helpful and I brought my purchase home, looking forward to wearing them. I found them to be very comfortable and after a day wearing them was pleased to find that my feet remained quite cool in spite of the hot weather. This however was where the pleasurable experience came to an end. The sole of one of the shoes detached itself from the upper shoe and made it impossible to use. It was obvious that the glue used in the Chinese factory was totally inadequate and not fit for purpose. Needless to say, I was not convinced that a replacement pair which was offered would have been any better in terms of quality and so decided upon a refund. All in all very disappointing. I guess you get what you pay for. These shoes were priced at £34.99. I would have hoped that even at this price, they would have lasted longer than a couple of days!
