Career Pathways
We are passionate about our people, and we invest in the best learning and development opportunities for our teams. Our unique learning environment Pavers Academy Online is where we have designed pathways for continual professional development and job progression here at Pavers. Our network of apprentices are vital to sustaining the talent we have here and the vast majority of our apprentices stay on to have permanent positions with us after finishing their study.
Apprenticeships
At our Head Office and distribution centre in York we offer a wide range of apprenticeships, from Level 2 upwards and for those who are currently employed and wish to further their career with the business. We have seen successful apprentices in the business in areas of logistics and supply chain, marketing, accounting, administration, and HR and are always on the look out to provide further opportunities for apprentices to join our Pavers family.
Our Apprentices are assigned a mentor and a tutor who guide them through both their new roles and off-job training, we work with leading course providers to offer the best experiences for all our colleagues. At the end of each apprenticeship course, there may be the opportunity for full-time employment at our offices in York, or career progression to other areas of our business.
Admin Apprenticeship

Accounting Apprenticeship
