Extended Christmas Returns Policy
You can return your goods to us using the returns form included within your parcel. We have extended our returns policy until Saturday 16th January 2021 or up to 45 days after purchase, whichever is greater.
You can return in our stores for free, via Royal Mail, Collect Plus or your local Asda store .

Returns Paid
For 99p/item, you can pre-pay your UK returns label. Simply use the returns label in your parcel at no further expense. Otherwise, you can still use the label for £2.50.
Royal Mail Home Collection Service
The Royal Mail have now made posting your parcel easier, with the help of their Home Collection Service, you can now return your order from the comfort of your own home.
Simply use the returns address sticker provided with your order and book a collection suitable for you by visiting the Royal Mail website.
