Delivery Rates

Please be aware that whilst we are dispatching orders on time, Royal Mail are experiencing delays of 24 hours, on 10% of orders dispatched on our Next Day service.

We recommend selecting the DPD Local - Express Delivery option, if Next Day delivery is required and is available in your area.

Standard UK Shipping £3.49

This service takes up to 7 working days, items are sent via Royal Mail and are usually delivered Monday to Saturday. Remote destinations may take longer.
Returns paid is available when choosing this method

Express UK Delivery (Next Day) - order by 9pm Sunday to Friday and by 6.30pm on Saturday for just £5.49 per order.

Orders will be sent out by Royal Mail tracked 24 hour. Deliveries are 7 days a week. Orders made by 9pm Sunday to Friday and by 6.30pm Saturday will be delivered the next day.

HALF PRICE Express when you spend £60 or more.

DPD Local - Express Delivery - order by 1pm Monday to Friday.

Orders will be sent out by DPD Local, this will include live tracking and Text Message notifications. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday for the cost of £7.49 with 1 hours delivery slots.

Order your goods to be sent to any Pavers store throughout the United Kingdom. Delivered within 7-10 working days

For an extra 99p per item, you can select Returns Paid as an additional shipping option. This allows you to return your items to us until Saturday 16th January 2021 or up to 45 days of receipt (whichever is greater) at no further cost. Simply put the pre-paid label on the parcel and take it to the post office or your local CollectPlus store.

If you do not take out returns paid, you can still use the label to return your shoes - we will refund you the amount paid for the item returned less £2.50 to cover the cost of the return postage. Don’t forget you can always return the goods to one of our Pavers stores for FREE or return via you own courier.

Please note, the returns label is only valid for the order it was originally sent with. It is non-transferable.

The Royal Mail have now made posting your parcel easier, with the help of their Home Collection Service, you can now return your order from the comfort of your own home.

Simply use the returns address sticker provided with your order and book a collection suitable for you by visiting the Royal Mail website.

All parcels are sent from our Distribution Centre in the UK.

Orders under €150 will incur no additional VAT or duties when delivered in the EU.

We advise EU customers to place separate orders if your basket total will be over €150 as you will incur duties and taxes. We cannot split the order for you.

The prices displayed on the product page include UK VAT at 20%, VAT rates will be adjusted and charged at the checkout specific to the EU country VAT rates the goods will be delivered to.

Orders delivered outside the UK & EU may be subject to local customs duties and charges. Please check with your local customs first.

European and international delivery is priced per order, you can order as many products as you like all for the same flat rate postage.

Dispatches outside the UK are sent via Landmark Global, Royal Mail and their affiliated couriers using the GLS network. Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery.

Returns paid is not available to any destination outside the mainland UK.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.

Deliveries within the EU under €150 will not attract customes charges or duty

Imbox Terms & Conditions

Imbox Treatment is non refundable. If you choose to return your goods, the price of the Imbox treatment will not be refunded.

If the goods are found to be faulty and returned, imbox treatment will be refunded.

If the product has been damaged by the imbox treatment then we will exchange the product and refund the imbox treatment charge.
