Track My Order

All orders are sent out fully tracked. You will receive a despatch email detailing a tracking number for your order and a link to the carrier despatching your item.

Premium couriers such as DPD Local will contact you directly with details about your order.

You will be able to view information on the status of your order by logging in / creating an account using the same email address used to place your order

Imbox Terms & Conditions

Imbox Treatment is non refundable. If you choose to return your goods, the price of the Imbox treatment will not be refunded.

If the goods are found to be faulty and returned, imbox treatment will be refunded.

If the product has been damaged by the imbox treatment then we will exchange the product and refund the imbox treatment charge.
