The Boot Shop with Nicki Chapman is officially open, and we took the cameras behind the scenes of the campaign shoot to bring you a closer look. Filmed for TV and photography in York, home to Pavers for over 55 years, the shoot brought together this season's full boot collection, from everyday ankle boots to fabulous long boots, with fittings and styles designed for real day-to-day wear.

Here's what happened behind the scenes and everything you need to know about the boots themselves.

On Set in York with Nicki Chapman

The Boot Shop campaign was shot on location in York, the city Pavers has called home for over 55 years. It felt like the natural backdrop for a collection built on decades of getting fit right, and the shoot gave Nicki the chance to put the boots through their paces in exactly the kind of settings they're made for.

Between takes, Nicki spoke about why the collection means so much to her:

"I've been wearing Pavers boots for years now, and they really can't be beaten on comfort. For many of us ladies, finding a long boot that actually fits can be a challenge. And for someone like me, with let's say 'athletic' calves, Pavers long boots are my absolute go-to as I know they'll give me comfort all day long. Their ankle boots are so versatile too, ready for any occasion and reliably comfortable when I'm on my feet all day. I'm so excited to be working with Pavers again and to front 'The Boot Shop.' Behind the Scenes with the Boots

With so many styles to get through on shoot day, fit was the star of the show behind the camera, too. Here's a closer look at what made it in front of the lens.

Long Boots in Every Fit

Long boots featured heavily throughout the shoot, with a number of the styles available across slim, standard, wide and extra-wide calf fittings, plus a range of foot widths. This let the team capture how each fitting actually sits and moves, not just how it looks standing still.

Several of the long boot styles also feature flexible, stretch fabrics, which came in handy for a long day of walking, sitting and changing between setups.

Ankle Boots on the Move

Ankle boots got put to work throughout the day, from casual weekend wearers to smart, polished styles, with the crew capturing them across a mix of settings to show just how versatile they are. Expect to see rich chocolate browns, leopard print and florals running through the range.

Leather Boots Ready for Their Close-Up

The leather boots in the collection got their moment too, styled for the more elevated shots of the campaign. Soft, durable and built for the colder months, they brought a slightly more polished feel to a handful of the setups.
