Items are sent via Royal Mail and are usually delivered Monday to Saturday. Remote destinations may take longer.
Express UK Delivery (Next Day) - order by 3pm Monday to Friday for just £4.99 per order.
Orders will be sent out by Royal Mail tracked 24 hour. Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday.

This service is available in selected stores. We will contact you when the goods arrive in store, either by phone, email or text.

45 Day Returns Policy
You can return your goods to us within 45 days of receipt using the returns form included within your parcel.
You can return in our stores for free, or via Royal Mail, Collect + or your local Asda store.

Returns Paid
For 99p/item, you can pre-pay your returns label. Simply use the returns label in your parcel at no further expense. Otherwise, you can still use the label for £2.50.
Cancellation
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receipt.

Exchanges
To exchange your goods, please order your replacement pair on our website and send your original items back for a refund.
We are unable to exchange items sent back to our warehouse.
