UK Standard Delivery - up to 3-7 working days

Items are sent via Royal Mail and are usually delivered Monday to Sunday. Remote destinations may take longer.
Express UK Delivery (Next Day) - order by 9pm Sunday to Friday and by 6.30pm on Saturday for just £4.99 per order.
Orders will be sent out by Royal Mail tracked 24 hour. Deliveries are made 7 days a week. Orders made before 9pm Sunday to Friday and by 6.30pm on Saturday will be delivered next day.
DPD Express delivery - order by 2pm Monday to Friday for delivery next day by DPD Local for £6.99
International Delivery
Orders under €150 will incur no additional VAT or duties when delivered in the EU

Returns
Easy 45-Day returns
You can return in our stores for free, via Royal Mail, Collect Plus or your local Asda store. A returns label will be included within your parcel. For collect plus or to get a new Royal Mail label visit http://pavers.returns.international/
Returns Paid
For 99p/item, you can pre-pay your UK returns label. Simply use the returns label in your parcel at no further expense. Otherwise you can return your purchase to us at your own expense using any method you choose - you can still use the included Royal Mail label for just £2.50 postage
Free Returns to Store
You can return your online purchase to any pavers store free of charge. You can find your nearest pavers store using our store locator
Royal Mail Home Collection service
The Royal Mail have now made posting your parcel easier, with the help of their Home Collection Service, you can now return your order from the comfort of your own home.
Simply use the returns address sticker provided with your order and book a collection suitable for you by visiting the Royal Mail website.
