Easy 45-Day Returns

You can return any item(s) in their original condition to us within 45 days of receiving your order.

Simply complete the returns form on the back of the despatch note and enclose it, together with your returned item(s), inside the original packaging. Goods cannot be returned without this information.

If you took out 99p ‘returns paid’ at point of purchase, use of the pre-paid label is free. If you did not opt for ‘returns paid’, we will deduct £2.50 from your refund (unless faulty). Don’t forget you can always return your item(s) to one of our stores nationwide.

We ask that you return the goods to us, in their original condition and with the original packaging, within 45 days of receiving your order. On receipt of the goods, we will refund their full amount as soon as possible and within a maximum of 14 days.

Exclusions to our 45-day money back refund policy: Socks, Tights, Gel Cushions, Arch Supports, Insoles and any sealed items. These items can only be refunded or exchanged in accordance with your legal rights and any other terms provided to you at the time of purchase.

FREE Return to Pavers Store

You can return your item(s) to any Pavers store, free of charge, in their original packaging. Most stores can issue a refund immediately, others may take up to 3 days. For a full list of all the Pavers stores please use our store locator.

Just take your item(s) to be returned to the store of your choice, along with your despatch note and completed returns form. If the item is in its original condition, we will process the refund for you. If you ordered online but opted to collect from store, your item can still be refunded so long as it is within 45 days of collection.

InPost Lockers

You can return any item(s) to us by taking your InPost QR code and parcel to your nearest InPost Locker. You can find your nearest InPost Locker at

Scan your QR code and select your parcel size. Put your parcel inside the compartment and shut the door. When your return is collected from the locker, a label will be applied for you by the courier.

Evri ParcelShop & Evri Lockers

You can return any item(s) to us by taking your Evri QR code and parcel to your local Evri ParcelShop or Evri Locker. Visit, select Pavers from the list of retailers and follow the on-screen instructions. You can find your nearest Evri ParcelShop or Evri Locker here:

Scan your QR code using a Print in ParcelShop or Locker device and print your returns label. Attach this to your parcel, making sure to cover/remove any original delivery labels.

Take note of your tracking number, so you can track your return.

Evri Home Collection (Home Printer Required)

Evri have now made posting your parcel easier, with the help of their Home Collection Service, you can now return your order from the comfort of your own home.

Visit, select Pavers from the list of retailers and follow the on-screen instructions.

Select courier collection and complete the online form and then your label will be emailed to you for printing.

Print your label and attach to your Pavers parcel ready for your courier to collect at your convenience.

International Returns

You can arrange simple, low cost returns from the following locations by visiting . Using your local postal service, you can send the goods back to us for a small fee.

If you require an exchange

To exchange your goods, please order your replacement pair on our website and send your original items back for a refund.

We are unable to exchange items sent back to our warehouse.
