Gift Card Terms

This card can be used by you or given as a gift and is redeemable against any goods at participating Pavers stores and concessions throughout the UK, as full or part payment. It may also be used at pavers.co.uk

  1. No change, vouchers or refunds will be given but any balance remaining on the card may be applied to future purchases
  2. You can check your balance at www.pavers.co.uk or by calling customer services on 0333 443 8370.
  3. Please treat this card as if it was cash, as the balance cannot be returned to you if it is lost, stolen or damaged.
  4. This card cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash
  5. This card will expire after 12 months from the date of purchase. After this period, any balance remaining will be reduced to nil and forfeited
  6. This card is not a cheque guarantee, credit, or charge card
  7. In the event of a refund, the gift card will be refunded first and then the payment card

  9. These Terms & Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Email gift cards purchased online can be used on pavers.co.uk only.

These giftcards are unable to be redeemed in our physical stores or over the telephone.

Imbox Terms & Conditions

Imbox Treatment is non refundable. If you choose to return your goods, the price of the Imbox treatment will not be refunded.

If the goods are found to be faulty and returned, imbox treatment will be refunded.

If the product has been damaged by the imbox treatment then we will exchange the product and refund the imbox treatment charge.
